Q: How do I order balloons for a local delivery? 

A: Local deliveries are available and do still require a consultation! Please give us a call or submit an online inquiry! 

Q: I would like to hire Air Balloons for my next event! Where do I start?

A: Thank you for choosing Air Balloons! First, complete an online inquiry form and we will follow up with you within 2-3 business days (not including the weekends). We will let you know if your date is available and schedule a consultation date. Next, you will receive a phone call from Air Balloons for a phone consultation. We will discuss aesthetics, color & design, budget and more. If you decide to schedule an installation with Air Balloons, a 50% deposit will be required up front to secure your booking date. You will receive a draft invoice. Lastly, we will email you an invoice the week prior to your event with the remaining balance. Payment should be received promptly. We will see you on install day!

Q: Where are you located? 
A: We offer delivery to the local Hampton Roads Region of Virginia! We travel for an additional rate to our neighboring cities and states along the peninsula. Send us an inquiry for events outside of our delivery zone. 
Q: Is there a deposit required?  
A: Once you have submitted an inquiry form for your event, we will follow up with a phone consultation. From there we will discuss the fee for your event package and a 50% non-refundable deposit is due to book the calendar date. Without a deposit, it is simply a discussion. Once your booking deposit is paid and date is confirmed, final payment will be due a week prior to the event date. We will email you an invoice and expect payment promptly.  
Q: Do you offer refunds? 
A: No,We do not offer refunds. Delivery orders can only be cancelled 48 hours prior to delivery date with an accompanied $25 cancellation fee for preparations. Balloon installations require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of inquiry. 
Q: Do you deliver in bad weather? 
A:In the event of forecasted severe weather we will contact the customer prior to delivery to advise and make recommendations to reschedule and/or cancel & refund the order. 
Q:Do you fill balloons I already have? 
A: We only inflate and use the products that we have tested and ensured for quality. At this time, we do not inflate outside products. 

Please understand Air Balloons cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons after they are picked up/delivered. All balloon sales are final sale. We are not responsible for the balloon(s) once we have delivered/ installed the merchandise. We are not responsible for damage due to outdoor elements. 
Safety First:
  • Balloon releases are harmful to the environment. Please dispose of your balloons properly. Balloon releases can be fatal to birds and other animals as a result of pollution. Power failures can result if these balloons become entangled in electric lines. 
  • Latex balloons present a choking hazard for small children. Do not leave small children unaccompanied with latex balloons.
  • Do not breathe helium from a balloon as it can result in asphyxiation.
